No Simultaneous Parallel Operations at NZPP
Never take off or land on the sealed runway, grass runway or FATO while another aircraft is using a parallel one; landing traffic has right of way.

Simultaneous parallel operations are not permitted at Paraparaumu. Aircraft must not land or take off on the sealed RWY 16/34, the grass RWY 16/34 or the helicopter FATO while another aircraft is taking off or landing on a parallel runway.
A parallel operation is one where two parallel runways are used at the same time – and it's strictly prohibited here. We must follow the right-of-way rules:
When you decide to take off, make sure there's sufficient spacing – at least a runway length. If the preceding aircraft is using the grass runway, give it even more space, as it will turn across your upwind path.
