Convert UTC Correctly When Daylight Saving Changes
During daylight saving (NZDT) add 13 hours to UTC when reading TAFs, METARs and briefings; during NZST add 12 hours.

When daylight saving begins, New Zealand switches to NZDT, so you'll need to add 13 hours to UTC when reading TAFs, METARs or any briefing published in UTC.
When daylight saving ends and we return to NZST, add 12 hours to UTC instead.
Double-check your time conversions whenever the clocks change.
