Airspace infringements are an ongoing problem. Make sure you've done your pre-flight planning and have a current VNC available – along with a suitable backup if you're using an EFB.
Brief your departure or arrival well in advance to reduce the risk of breaching a clearance or entering airspace you aren't cleared to be in. If you're flying an aircraft fitted with a G1000, setting the altitude bug to the relevant airspace limit can also be a useful reminder as you approach a boundary.
Once airborne, keep checking your position against the chart and stay ahead of the aircraft.
